NEI has a company wide safety training program. Our people are trained in CPR and First Aid. We conduct jobsite inspections and have a safety committee that meets monthly to discuss safety initiatives. Our jobsite foremen conduct weekly “tool box” talks on a different safety subject each week. |

| Our employees have attended the OSHA required NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety Training Seminar. OSHA enforcement is that NO service, adjustment, examination or maintenance is to be performed on panels or equipment while energized, without proper personal protective equipment in use. It is no longer a voluntary participation by contractors. NEI has purchased the necessary protective gear required to safeguard our employees and have provided them with the appropriate training to perform all electrical tasks safely |
