Company History and Information

With over 43 years of experience in contracting, the following is a summary of the dedicated owners that have made this company successful.

1961 – 1975              Donald Eibs and Marv Roberts founded the company

1975 – 1994              Donald Eibs and Bob Rawlings

1994 – 2004              Bob Rawlings

1997                           Bob Rawlings assumed the business clients and many valuable employees of Sherman Electric and established the Eau Claire office.

1998                           Bob Rawlings purchased Halvorson Electric

                                    and acquired many valuable employees and

                                    accounts       

March 2004               Bob Rawlings retires. Company purchase by

                                   John Gerlach, V.P.; Joe Bembnister, V.P.;

                                   John Schroepfer, President; and Steve

                                    Bryant, V.P.

John Schroepfer and Steve Bryant also own Claude M. Anderson Electric Company, Inc. of St. Paul, MN.  With this last change of ownership there have been many improvements including computerized accounting, better job costing and improved billing methods.  With 95 years of combined experience, the owners look forward to providing continued outstanding professional service to our customers.
